Job Title: System Administrator

Job Description: 

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our systems and to ensure the smooth conduct of online exams

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, software, and system tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Implement security protocols, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT staff to resolve technical issues.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and system integrations as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Windows/Linux servers and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with backup tools, firewalls, and system monitoring solutions is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
