Research Position: Project Associate
Title of the project: Development of intelligent pipeline leak detection and localization practices independent of prior leak history.
Sponsoring/Funding Agency: Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) – Department of Science and Technology, Government of India
Essential Qualifications: B. Tech in any of the following disciplines: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering with minimum of 65% marks or 7.5 CGPA from any recognized University/Institute.
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of basic signal processing algorithms; Knowledge of machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms; Acquaintance with the electronics hardware – DAQ systems, sensors, etc; Skilled in MATLAB and Python software, specifically, signal processing and ML/DL toolboxes.
Project Duration: 36 months
Stipend: Rs. 31,000 p.m
