Job Title/Designation: Principal (Full-Time)
Qualification: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (Management, Commerce, or related fields) from a recognized University / Institution. Master’s degree with first class / distinction preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of teaching experience at the college / university level, including at least 5 years in senior leadership / administrative roles (HOD, Dean, Vice Principal, etc.).
Administrative Skills: Demonstrated ability in academic planning, curriculum development, faculty recruitment & mentoring, student welfare, budget and resource management.
