Job Description / Responsibilities:

Aditya University is seeking exceptional academic leaders to join our leadership team in the positions of Dean and Head of Department (HoD).

Looking for distinguished academic leaders to join our leadership team in the Dean/HoD positions. These leadership roles are pivotal in shaping academic strategy, enhancing research culture, ensuring institutional quality, and driving national and global collaborations. The ideal candidates will bring visionary leadership, a strong academic background, and a track record of institutional development. Eligibility Criteria:

Ph.D. in Engineering stream from a recognized university

Minimum 15-20 years of academic and administrative experience including at least 2-3 years in a leadership role (Dean / HoD / Director) in a recognised University.

Strong track record of research publications, funded projects, patents, and industry collaboration.

Demonstrated experience in institutional development, policy formulation, and strategic initiatives.

Proven ability to lead large teams and drive academic excellence.
