Position: PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (Admissions)

Job Description: The Public Relations Officer (Admissions) is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process and enhancing the college’s public image to attract prospective students. The role involves application management, student support, and strategic communication initiatives to promote the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete admissions process, including application review, processing, and maintenance of applicant data.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and families regarding admission procedures, eligibility, financial aid, and campus facilities.
• Develop and implement communication and outreach strategies to attract qualified candidates and strengthen the college’s brand visibility.
• Publicize institutional achievements through print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth functioning of admission activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, schools, and other educational networks to enhance public relations.
• Utilize strong communication, organizational, and data management skills to achieve admission goals effectively.

Location: Puducherry & Villupuram (Preference will be given to candidates from the native districts).
