Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership & Strategy

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the academic framework, curriculum, and training methodologies.
  • Align academic programs with industry needs and future technology trends.
  • Establish quality standards for course delivery and assessments.

Faculty & Trainer Management

  • Manage trainers to ensure high-quality teaching and student engagement.
  • Conduct regular faculty training, workshops, and performance evaluations.

Curriculum Development

  • Develop, review, and update IT training modules (technical and soft skills) to maintain industry relevance.
  • Integrate innovative teaching practices such as project-based learning, case studies, and real-time simulations.

Student Success & Experience

  • Ensure student satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving academic concerns, and improving outcomes.
  • Track student progress and guide them for certifications, placements, and career growth.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Oversee scheduling, class management, and academic planning across locations.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain proper academic documentation.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Collaborate with industry partners, academic institutions, and corporate clients to expand training opportunities.
  • Support management in designing new programs and expanding the institute’s reach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).Due consideration will be given for IIT / NIT graduates.
  • 10+ years of academic/industry experience in IT training, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of current IT domains such as Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber security, Full Stack Development, etc.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Passion for education, student development, and continuous learning.
