JOB TITLE: PRINCIPAL

Eligibility (As per AICTE / Anna University Norms):

• First Class in B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech and Ph.D. in Engineering/Technology.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry,
  with at least 3 years as Professor.
• Retired persons need not apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the institution.
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation as per Anna University/AICTE norms.
• Responsible for admissions, examinations, faculty recruitment, and infrastructure development. Work for the branding, accreditation, and ranking of the institution.
• Maintain compliance with AICTE, Anna University, and DoTE regulations.
• Convene meetings of Governing Council, Academic Council, and other statutory bodies.
• Oversee financial planning and ensure compliance with AICTE/University norms.
• Build collaborations with industry and academic bodies.
• Maintain discipline, transparency, and institutional governance.
• Ensure the college functions smoothly under established rules and regulations.
• Take decisions for the welfare of students and staff with fairness and vision.

Eligibility for Professor: M.E/M.tech and Ph.D with above 10 years of experience in academic/Research/Industry.

Eligibility for Associate Professor: M.E/M.Tech and Ph.D with above 8 years of experience in academic/Research/Industry.
