College Name: Adithya Institute of Technology is located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. The institute focused on providing quality education and is situated on Sathy Main Road Kurumbapalayam. The green campus has Adithya College of Arts and Science, Adithya Institute of Technology, and Adithya College of Allied Health and Science and successfully we are running two schools, namely Adithya Public mat.hr.sec.school and Adithya Global School.

OPENING  FOR APTITUDE TRAINER

Job Summary
we are looking for a motivated and result-driven Aptitude Trainer to train engineering students in aptitude, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and problem-solving skills. The role focuses on improving students’ analytical thinking and employability for campus placements, competitive exams, and technical interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver aptitude training programs for engineering students focused on campus placement preparation.
• Train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Conduct classroom, lab-based, and online training sessions.
• Prepare placement-oriented study materials, practice exercises, worksheets, and mock tests.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, mock exams, and progress tracking.
• Provide individual and group feedback to enhance student performance.
• Align training content with aptitude patterns of IT, core engineering, and product-based companies.
• Coordinate with the Placement Cell, faculty members, and other trainers to improve placement readiness.
• Maintain batch-wise performance records and submit training and progress reports when required.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification:E. / B.Tech in any stream.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in teaching aptitude or related training roles.
• Fresher’s with strong aptitude skills and a passion for teaching may also be considered.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong command over quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving.
• Interest and aptitude for teaching and mentoring students.
• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate students with varying skill levels.
• Familiarity with placement aptitude patterns is preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms and online assessment tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a shorter notice period.
• Candidates passionate about training and student development.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Other benefits as per institution norms.
