College Name: Adithya Institute of Technology is located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. The institute focused on providing quality education and is situated on Sathy Main Road Kurumbapalayam. The green campus has Adithya College of Arts and Science, Adithya Institute of Technology, and Adithya College of Allied Health and Science and successfully we are running two schools, namely Adithya Public mat.hr.sec.school and Adithya Global School.

Job description:

We are hiring an Admission Co-Ordinator in Adithya Institutions- Coimbatore

1. Admission Process Handling

• Manage the complete admission cycle from enquiry to enrollment.
• Schedule and coordinate school tours, entrance tests (if applicable), and interviews with the principal or coordinators.
• Ensure all admission documents (birth certificate, transfer certificate, previous report cards) are collected and verified.

2. Follow-up and Conversion

• Maintain a database of all enquiries and regularly follow up via phone, email, or in person.
• Encourage enrolment by addressing parent concerns, offering guidance, and building trust.
• Meet admission targets and contribute to student intake goals.

3. Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, walk-ins, applications, and admissions in the school management system.
• Generate reports on admission trends, source of leads, and conversion ratios for school leadership.

4. Collaboration

• Work closely with academic heads, class coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Coordinate with the finance team for fee-related queries and payment plans.

5. Marketing and Outreach

• Represent the school during education fairs, community events, or tie-ups with preschools.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on parent expectations and market trends.
• Assist with digital marketing efforts by contributing to content or social media activities.

6. Customer Experience and Support

• Ensure a warm, welcoming environment for prospective families.
• Provide post-admission support, helping new parents.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in tele calling and admissions in educational institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, database management).
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.

Requirements:

Degree – Any degree

Experience – 01 to 03 years (added advantage in school, college, or consultant in Biju’s & Veranda) and experience in Inside sales coordinator also can apply.

Salary – (18000 – 20000) per month

Preferred : Only female candidates

Note: If candidates have an prior experience in school / college Admission is much better.
