The ideal candidate should have experience in leadership positions at other Arts & Science Colleges and should be capable of coming up with a vision for the development of the college both with respect to Academics, Admissions, and Infrastructure Development.
Job Description:
- Require 15 – 20 yrs experience in Academics
- Minimum 3 + yrs of Experience as Principal in any of the Reputed institutions.
- Should have a good Managerial and Leadership Skill
- Should be Capable to adopt with any Environment and Culture
- Should be a good decision-maker in all Critical scenario
- Should be well equipped with current trends.
Qualification Required:
- Must have completed Ph.D. in the appropriate discipline (Management/Computer Science, Maths, Biotechnology).
- Post Ph.D. publications and experience in guiding Ph.D. students is highly desirable.
