Nature of Appointment: The initial appointment is for two years, with continuation considered annually thereafter, subject to satisfactory performance and the Institute’s continuing requirements.
- Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech./MCA/MA/MSc./M.Phil./MBA) With consistently strong academic performance in Education, Management, Public Policy, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, Higher Education, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines
- UGC-NET/JRF/GATE or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in research projects or academic administration
- Publications, dissertations, policy papers, or case studies
- Experience with SPSS, R, Python, Stata, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, or similar analytical software
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience in higher education, leadership development, faculty development, or executive education projects.

Pay Scale: An Academic Associate shall be offered a consolidated pay of Rs. 50,000/- per, On-campus accommodation is not provided.
