A.R. Engineering college is an emerging institute of excellence in Engineering Education located on the Vadakuchipalayam, Kappiyampuliyur (PO), Vikaravandi (TK), Villupuram (DT), Tamilnadu – 605601. The college is run by the Sri Venkatachalapathy Educational Trust which has been in the field of education for more than a decade. The college is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to the largest Technical University, Anna University, Chennai.
In 2008, the College began with four Undergraduate Engineering programmes with an annual intake of 240 students, and now has six Undergraduate and programmes with an annual intake of 300 students. The AICTE’s clearance and affiliation with Anna University for such a progressive intake is a testament to the college’s consistent growth over the years.
