Pay Scale:
- Salary may range from Rs. 1 lakh (for fresh Ph.D. holders) to Rs. 1.6 lakhs per month based on qualifications, experience, quality publications and involvement in funded projects. Additionally, Ph.D. holders from IITs/NITs/Central Universities are eligible for additional compensation.
