• M.E./M.Tech in Applied Physics, Forensic Science & Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Analytical Chemistry or Instrumentation Engineering
• Understanding of Automated Threat Recognition (ATR) algorithm development using Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and MATLAB
• Knowledge of radar, X-ray, millimeter-wave, Terahertz or Gamma/Neutron spectroscopy signal processing and material discrimination algorithms
• Desirable: Publications in peer-reviewed journals such as IEEE, SPIE or Elsevier on threat detection or material characterization
• Desirable: Experience drafting research grant proposals

Required Experience: Lab Technician needs at least 2 years of practical experience in the aviation industry, in the Government or Private sector. Research Associate needs 2+ years of research or teaching experience in the relevant field, along with experience in Python, MATLAB, Clamp Meter and Digital Oscilloscope.
