Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
Required Experience:
- At least 10 years of academic or research experience, preferably at a reputed university, higher education institution, research institution or research laboratory.
- Experience in institutional research administration, research project management, development and submission of sponsored research proposals, generating funding research projects, intellectual property management, consulting and industry partnerships, establishment and leadership of research centres, multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary research coordination, industry–academia research collaboration and development and implementation of institutional research strategy would be an advantage.
- Experience in guiding Ph.D. Scholars and coordinating Doctoral programs, including liaison with universities and other statutory or regulatory bodies.
- Experience in handling funded research projects from National and International funding agencies.
- A strong record of high-quality research publications, sponsored research, patents, consulting, research collaborations and technology development or transfer would be desirable.
- Preferably under 50 years of age.
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
- The candidate should have excellent communication
- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record
