- Master’s degree (M.Tech/MSc/MS) in Electronics and Communication Engineering or VLSI discipline with at least 55% marks. Candidates with a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering are also eligible to apply.
- Candidate should have proficiency in VLSI design for wireless communication (FPGA-based modelling). Candidates having experience with AMD Vivado design suite, Vitis tools etc would be preferred.

Pay Scale:
(i) JRF @ Rs. 37,000/- per month + 18% HRA as per condition applied for the first two years.
(ii) Initially for 1 year with possible extension depending on performance. The position is purely temporary and performance will be reviewed periodically.
