Qualification:
Assistant Professor – Mechanical:
A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC/Robotics & Automation) with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET or who are awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions as mentioned under rules. OR the Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among top 500 in the World University Ranking (at any time) by QS/THE/ARWU.
Desirable: Experience in relevant area; Proficiency in English and Hindi; Working knowledge of computer.
Assistant Professor – Education/Commerce and Business Management/Sociology:
A Master’s degree in M.Ed/M.Com/MBA/MA in Sociology with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Same NET/SLET/SET/Ph.D. exemption conditions and foreign-university alternative as above apply.

Assistant Professor – Fabric & Apparel Science:
A Master’s degree in Fabric & Apparel Science/Fashion Technology/Textile & Clothing with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. Assistant Professor – Agriculture/Horticulture:
A Master’s degree M.Sc. Senior Research Associate – Hospitality Skill Lab:
Post-Graduation in Hotel Management/Hospitality Administration/Tourism and Hospitality Management with 55% marks in relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
Desirable: Experience in establishment or management of hospitality training laboratories; Experience in developing competency-based curriculum; Working experience in Kitchen, F&B Service, Housekeeping and Front Office Departments; Experience in organizing faculty development programmes and industry training; Excellent report writing, data analysis and project management skills.
Senior Research Associate – School Educators Capacity Building:
Master’s Degree in Education/Educational Technology/Management/Commerce/Social Sciences/Computer Applications/Data Analytics/Statistics with at least 55% marks from a recognized university.
Desirable: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; Experience in organizing online, hybrid, and face-to-face training programmes; Hands-on experience with video recording, live streaming, webinar platforms (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.); Skills in data management, analysis, dashboard preparation, and report writing using Excel or similar software.
Senior Research Associate – Skill Education Research:
Post-Graduation in relevant subject (M.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering) with 55% marks in relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
Desirable: Basic knowledge of Computer, Proficiency in MS Office, Data Processing, SPSS Tools preparing reports, etc.; Good communication skills; Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Junior Project Fellow – ATL Training:
Post-Graduation in relevant subject (Electronics & Communication Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering) with minimum 55% marks for General and 50% in case of SC, ST, and PH.
Desirable: Basic Knowledge of Computer, Proficiency in MS Office, Data processing, preparing reports etc.; Good communication skills; Hands-on experience on Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) Setups & Projects.
Lab Assistant – Environmental Laboratory and Green Skill Laboratory:
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or an allied discipline from a recognized university with 55% marks.
Desirable: Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, environmental testing, and laboratory safety practices; Diploma/Certificate in Laboratory Technology or related field; Experience in handling environmental laboratory instruments (water, soil, and air quality analysis); Knowledge of renewable energy systems, waste management, IoT-based environmental monitoring, green technologies, or green skills; Experience in maintaining laboratory records, inventories, and equipment; Knowledge of working on computers.
Lab Assistant – Automobile/Mechanical Lab:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering/Electrical Vehicle.
Desirable: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering and having knowledge of Electrical vehicle; Experience in maintaining laboratory records, inventories, and equipment; Knowledge of working on computers.
Assistant Editor – English:
Bachelor Degree from a recognized University and Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/Mass Communication/Journalism, where editing is one of the subjects.
Desirable: Knowledge of books production techniques, modern process of printing, typography and should be proficient in English/Hindi; Proficiency in word processing and techniques of Online editing.
D.T.P. Operator:
Graduation in any subject and One Year Diploma/Certificate course in Desk Top Publishing from a recognised institute, OR Senior Secondary certificate in any subject and One-year Diploma/Certificate course in Desk Top Publishing from a recognized institute.
Desirable: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office; Working knowledge of Unicode fonts and multilingual typesetting (English and Hindi); Knowledge of regional language typesetting will be an added advantage; Experience in preparing print ready files and coordinating with designers, editor and printers.

Pay Scale:
- Assistant Professor (all four posts): Rs. 45,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Senior Research Associate (all three projects): NET/Ph.D. – Rs. 42,000/-p.m.; Non-NET – Rs. 40,000/-p.m.
- Junior Project Fellow: NET/Ph.D. – Rs. 37,000/-p.m.; Non-NET – Rs. 35,000/-p.m.
- Lab Assistant (both posts): Rs. 31,000/-p.m.
- Assistant Editor (English): Rs. 56,000/-p.m.
- D.T.P. Operator: Rs. 35,000/-p.m
