Qualifications:

Professor – Social Work (Tuljapur):

  • Ph.D. in Social Work with published work of high quality; minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 (as per UGC Regulations 2018, Appendix II Table 2)
  • Minimum 10 years’ teaching/research experience as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor with evidence of successfully guided doctoral candidates
  • OR an outstanding professional with a Ph.D. in Social Work and 10 years of significant contribution to the field, supported by documentary evidence

Professor – Statistics (Hyderabad):

  • Ph.D. in Statistics or a closely related discipline (Mathematical Statistics, Applied Statistics, Statistical Science, or Data Science with a strong statistical foundation) with published work of high quality; minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120
  • Minimum 10 years’ teaching/research experience as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor with evidence of successfully guided doctoral candidates
  • OR an outstanding professional with a Ph.D. in the above disciplines and 10 years of significant contribution, supported by documentary evidence

Associate Professor – Social Work (Tuljapur):

  • Good academic record with a Ph.D. in Social Work
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks
  • Minimum 8 years’ teaching/research experience in Social Work with 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals and a research score of 75

Associate Professor – Development Studies/Social Science (Tuljapur):

  • Good academic record with a Ph.D. in Social Science
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks
  • Minimum 8 years’ teaching/research experience in Social Science, Humanities, Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Languages, Management or interdisciplinary subjects (e.g. Environmental Science, Gender Studies, Development Studies), with 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals and a research score of 75

Associate Professor – School of Social Sciences (Guwahati):

  • Good academic record with a Ph.D. in Economics/Geography/Environmental Science/Environmental Studies/Political Science/Development Studies or related subjects
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the above subjects
  • Minimum 8 years’ teaching/research experience in the above fields with 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals and a research score of 75

Assistant Professor – Social Sciences (Tuljapur):

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences (Economics), Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Languages, Management, Environmental Science, Gender Studies, Development Studies, etc.
  • Must have cleared NET/CSIR-NET/SLET/SET, or hold a Ph.D. as per UGC 2009/2016/2019 Regulations (NET-exempt category conditions apply)
  • OR a Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked in the top 500 (QS/THE/ARWU)
