Organization Profile: After Liberation on 19th December 1961 from the Portuguese Rule of more than four centuries, Daman and Diu became a part of the U.T. of Goa, Daman, and Diu under the Government of India. After the delinking of Goa, which attained statehood, U.T. of Daman and Diu came into existence on 30th May 1987.

Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering / Technology with First Class or equivalent from a recognised university. If the candidate has a Master’s degree in Plastic Engineering / Technology, first class or equivalent is required at Bachelors or Masters level.
- Desirable:
1. Master’s degree in Plastic Engineering or equivalent.
2. Teaching experience in Diploma/ Degree level Institution
3. Knowledge of Gujarati Language
