Experience Norms:
- Professor: 2 to 5+ years of experience
- Associate Professor: 3 to 5 years of experience
- Assistant Professor: 0 to 5+ years of experience
Candidate Profile:
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consultancy activities will be considered
- Faculty who can promote patents, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) activities, innovation, Tinkering Lab initiatives, industry interaction, and other value-added courses will be preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and an exemplary academic record, as applicable to the department
- Good communication and classroom engagement skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions relevant to the subject
- Guide and mentor students in academic performance and research activities
- Execute research, development, and consultancy projects
- Contribute to patent filing, EDC activities, Tinkering Lab initiatives, and industry interaction
- Support curriculum planning, value-added courses, and departmental academic strategy
