Organization Profile: After Liberation on 19th December 1961 from the Portuguese Rule of more than four centuries, Daman and Diu became a part of the U.T. of Goa, Daman, and Diu under the Government of India. After the delinking of Goa, which attained statehood, U.T. of Daman and Diu came into existence on 30th May 1987.

Departments having vacancies: 

  • Lecturer (Curriculum Material Development & Evaluation)
  • Lecturer District Resource Unit For Adult Education/Non-Formal Education (DRU For AE/NFE)

Minimum Qualification:

  • Lecturer (Curriculum Material Development & Evaluation)
    i) Master’s degree in Humanities/Social Sciences/Sciences
    (ii) M.Ed. with specialization in Curriculum and/or Evaluation
    OR
    (i) Master’s degree in Child Psychology, Child Development or Education
    (ii) Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Teacher Education (preferably Elementary Teacher Education)
    OR
    (A) Ph.D. in Child Psychology/Child Development/Curriculum/Educational Measurement/Evaluation
  • Lecturer District Resource Unit For Adult Education/Non-Formal Education (DRU For AE/NFE)
    i) Master’s degree in Humanities/Social Science/Sciences
    (ii) PG/Degree/Diploma in Adult Education (AE)/Non-Formal Education (NFE) or Social Work (MSW) or Community Development or Rural Development or Women’s Studies or Communication or Journalism.
    OR
    (i) Degree in Teacher with specialization in Adult Education (AE)/Non-Formal Education (NFE)

Pay Scale: Rs. 45,000/- per month
