What You’ll Need:
- Ph.D., Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s Degree with First Class in all preceding degrees, in the appropriate branch of Engineering or Science, as per AICTE norms
- For the English department: first-class qualification in M.Sc, M.Phil, and Ph.D.
- For Non-Teaching roles: working knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, and Tally
Who We’re Looking For:
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consultancy work will be considered
- Preference for candidates who can promote patents, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) activities, innovation, tinkering labs, industry interaction, and other value-added courses
- Good communication skills and a genuine interest in academic and institutional growth
- For non-teaching roles, relevant software proficiency and administrative capability
- Willingness to bring original certificates and an updated resume if attending the walk-in
What the Job Involves:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions effectively across the assigned department and course level
- Support R&D, consultancy, and value-added academic initiatives
- Contribute to patent filing, EDC activities, and industry-interaction programs where applicable
- Lab Assistants and Lab Technicians: assist in practical sessions and maintain lab equipment and records
- Librarians: manage library resources and support academic reference needs
- Office staff: handle accounting, administrative, and documentation tasks as per the assigned role
- Participate in departmental and institutional development activities
