Organization Profile: After Liberation on 19th December 1961 from the Portuguese Rule of more than four centuries, Daman and Diu became a part of the U.T. of Goa, Daman, and Diu under the Government of India. After the delinking of Goa, which attained statehood, U.T. of Daman and Diu came into existence on 30th May 1987.

Qualification:
- As per the UGC Regulations (With NET/SET/SLET or Ph. D.) 2016 with minimum 55% marks in Master’s degree. Candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET.
Job Location: Daman and Diu
Pay Scale: Remuneration will be ₹. 50,000/- per month consolidated for the eligible candidates selected for Short Term Contract basis as per the UGC Guidelines.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on the date of advertisement.
