The Central University of Odisha, Koraput is going to conduct ‘Walk-in-Interview’ for engagement of Guest Faculty Logistics & Supply Chain Management for the Monsoon Semester (2026-27) as per the following schedule.

Organization Profile: The Central University of Odisha has been established by the Parliament under the Central Universities Act, 2009 (No. 3C of 2009). It is one of the 15 new Central Universities established by the Government of India during the UGC XI Plan period to address the concerns of “equity and access” and as per the policy of the Government of India to increase the access to quality higher education by people in less educationally developed districts which have a Graduate Enrollment Ratio of less than the national average of 11%.

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in concerned specialization from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
  • Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or Ph.D or a similar test like SLET/SET accredited by the UGC.
  • Note: The selection shall be based only on the performance in the interview.

Job Location: Koraput, Odisha

Pay Scale: Selected candidates shall be paid an honorarium of ₹ 1500/- per lecture subject to maximum of ₹ 50,000/- per month.

  • The engagement is purely temporary. Minimum eligibility (Qualifications) shall be as per UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for appointment of Teachers, 2018.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.

  • The Guest Faculty shall not be given the benefit of allowances, pension, gratuityand leave etc. as admissible to the regular teachers.
