Qualification :
- Outstanding academic record preferably with 60% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Masters’ level preferably with international teaching experience.
- Ph.D. or post-doctoral research in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
- Brilliant teaching record spanning three (03) to seven (07) years as Associate Professor or equivalent position with substantive experience of guiding doctoral and post-doctoral research.
- Actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with preferably ten (10) publications as books and/or research/policy papers published in peer reviewed journals of national and international repute.
- Evidence of Innovative Courses/Teaching Plan/Research (desirable).

- Professor (Scale of Pay: USD 30,000-45,000 per Annum)
- Associate Professor (Scale of Pay: USD 20,000-35,000 per Annum)
- Assistant Professor (Scale of Pay: USD 15,000-25,000 per Annum
