Essential Qualifications:
For Architecture, candidates must meet qualifications as per COA Faculty Norms. For Planning, candidates must meet qualifications as per ITPI & AICTE Norms.
For Design, candidates must meet qualifications as per AICTE Norms.
For English Faculty, candidates must hold a Postgraduate Degree in English language or literature, humanities, or social sciences, involving experience with writing, along with excellent command over the English language.
Desirable:
Candidates should have strong design and visualization skills, proficiency in architectural software, effective communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities, along with a passion for teaching and innovation in pedagogy.
English Faculty candidates should have familiarity with Google Classroom, Google Drive, and Google Documents, along with prior experience conducting writing workshops, editing, or supporting students in developing their writing. Familiarity with NAAC/NBA/COA/VTU accreditation processes is also valued across roles.
