Essential Qualifications:

For Lecturer, candidates need a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, along with an M.E./M.Tech in a relevant allied discipline, and 3 to 5 years of teaching or industry experience, with engineering college teaching experience preferred.

For Senior Lecturer, a similar B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech background is required with 5 or more years of teaching or industry experience.

For Lab Instructor, candidates need a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering for technical departments, or a B.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry for the Basic Engineering department.

For Curriculum/Content Developer, candidates need an ME/PhD in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering/IoT, with a PhD preferred.

Desirable:

Lecturer and Senior Lecturer candidates should have strong knowledge in Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, Arduino/Raspberry Pi/ESP32, Computer Hardware, Networking, Python/C/C++, Cloud-enabled IoT, and Sensor Interfacing, along with a passion for practical teaching and student project mentoring.

Lab Instructor candidates are expected to have knowledge of PLCs, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Sensors, Actuators, and Industrial Automation for technical departments, or sound knowledge of laboratory practices and safety standards for the Basic Engineering department.

Curriculum/Content Developer candidates should have strong instructional design skills, familiarity with global curriculum standards from Singapore, Germany, and Austria, and the ability to create student-centric, activity-based learning materials. Retired professors and professionals with prior TVS Group experience are preferred for this role.

Experience:

Lecturer requires 3 to 5 years, Senior Lecturer requires 5 or more years,
