Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech/Ph.D. CSE/Allied branches.
• Ph.D. Professor in Aeronautical Engineering/Thermal Engineering.

Eligibility:

• B.E., MTech, and Ph.D. in CSE or Allied Branches
• 15–20 years of teaching experience
• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
• Strong exposure to NBA, NAAC, Accreditation, Research, and Academic Administration

2. IQAC Head

Eligibility:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science /allied branches
• Minimum 15 years of teaching and academic administration experience
• Strong knowledge of NBA, NAAC, NIRF, Academic Audits, Outcome-Based Education, and Quality Assurance Processes
• Proven track record in institutional development and accreditation activities

3. Dean – Academics

Eligibility:

• Ph.D. in relevant CSE / allied branches with excellent academic credentials
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience
• At least 5 years in academic administration
• Experience in curriculum planning & design academic regulations, autonomy processes, examination reforms, and quality initiatives.

4. Placement Officer

Qualification: MBA (HR/Marketing preferred)

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years & 5 years in placement /skill development/Recruitment process.

5. HR Manager

Qualification: MBA (HR)

Experience

• 5–10 years in Human Resource Management
• Experience in recruitment, performance appraisal, employee engagement, policy implementation, and statutory compliance

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate and committed educators with strong academic background
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring
• Active involvement in research publications, patents, funded projects, consultancy, and innovation activities
• Ability to contribute to NBA, NAAC, NIRF, and institutional development initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Experience Requirements

• Professors/Associate Professors: Minimum 15 years of teaching experience with post-Ph.D.   experience preferred as per AICTE norms
• Good research and publication record is desirable
