1. Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First Class or equivalent in ether Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.
2. Candidate should have consistently good academic record.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at a Post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor.
4. At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI / Web of Science / Scopus indexed journals and guided at least 2 successful Ph.D. scholars as Supervisor

5. Minimum credit points (research & consulting, administration and academics & I-I-I) to be earned in existing cadre is 60 out of which 30 credit points under research & consulting is mandatory. - Qualification and Experience for Associate Professor :
