Associate Professor – Engineering Departments:

• Ph.D. degree in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch
• At least 6 research publications in SCI/SCIE/UGC/AICTE approved list of journals
• Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience

Professor – Engineering Departments:

• Ph.D. degree in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
• At least 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI/SCIE/UGC/AICTE approved journals and at least 2 successful Ph.D. candidates guided as Supervisor/Co-supervisor, OR at least 10 research publications at Associate Professor level
• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, of which at least 3 years shall be at a post equivalent to Associate Professor

Associate Professor – Science and Humanities Departments:

• At least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA at Master’s degree level with Ph.D. in the relevant subject (Ph.D. or NET/SLET)
• Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
• Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in an academic or research position equivalent to Assistant Professor

Professor – Science and Humanities Departments:

• Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, OR Ph.D. with significant contribution to knowledge with 10 years of experience supported by documentary evidence
