Required Qualifications:

• Associate Professor – As per AICTE Norms
• Assistant Professor – As per AICTE Norms
• Officer (Training & Placement) – Post Graduate Degree, preferably MBA

Required Experience:

• Associate Professor – Minimum 8 years of teaching experience and at least 5 publications in Indexed or Peer-Reviewed Journals; preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D./NET qualification and experience in Management Institutes and/or Corporate/Industry
• Assistant Professor – Minimum 3 years of teaching experience; preference will be given to candidates with Ph.D./NET qualification and experience in Management Institutes and/or Corporate/Industry
• Officer (Training & Placement) – Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Placement Department for MBA/PGDM students in a reputed Institute or University

Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with Ph.D. or NET qualification will be given preference for faculty posts
• Faculty with experience in Management Institutes and/or Corporate/Industry background are preferred
• Associate Professor candidates must have a strong record of research publications in Indexed or Peer-Reviewed Journals
