Key Responsibilities
All positions would require to have the following skills as respective to their educational experience
- Teaching & Instruction: Developing course materials, delivering lectures, conducting seminars/workshops, and managing practical sessions or labs.
- Research & Career guidance: Helping students on their research and career guidance.
- Student Mentorship: Advising students on academic paths, mentoring them for professional development, and providing support for internships.
- Administrative & Service: Participating in faculty meetings, serving on academic committees, assisting with student recruitment.
- Admission Coordinator: Facilitate the coordination of student admissions as and when required.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Defining learning objectives, setting exams, grading, and offering constructive feedback to improve student performance.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: First Class in BE / BTech, ME / MTech, PhD in relevant subject field
- Experience: Previous experience in teaching, research, or a similar role in an academic institution.
- Skills: Excellent communication, subject-matter expertise, organizational skills, and proficiency in academic technology.
- Freshers: Also, they will be considered based on their performance in the interview
