Key Responsibilities of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer:
- Teaching & Learning: Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Industry-Relevant Training: Guide students in industrial projects, internships, and skill-based learning.
- Product Development & Innovation: Engage in hands-on experience with product development, prototype designing, and problem-solving for industrial challenges.
- Research & Patents: Encourage innovation, patent filing, and R&D activities among students and faculty.
- Curriculum Development: Design and update course content integrating industrial advancements and emerging technologies.
- Software & Tools Expertise: Train students in relevant design and simulation software used in the industry.
- Student Mentorship: Inspire students towards entrepreneurship, employability, and higher education through career guidance.
- Classroom Management: Ensure effective discipline, student engagement, and result-oriented teaching strategies.
- Collaboration & Networking: Build strong industry-academic partnerships for guest lectures, industrial visits, and joint projects.

Lecturer – Computer Engineering & IoT:
Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering /Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering and
- M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Applied Electronics / Communication Systems / VLSI Design / Computer and Communication Engineering / Embedded Systems / IoT / other relevant allied disciplines
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Teaching / Industry
- Engineering College teaching experience preferred
Senior Lecturer – Computer Engineering & IoT:
Qualification:
- B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Computer Science Engineering & M.E/ M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Applied Electronics /Communication Systems / VLSI Design / Computer and Communication Engineering / Embedded Systems / IoT / other relevant allied disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in Teaching / Industry.
- Engineering College teaching experience is preferred
Desirable Skills:
- Strong knowledge in Computer Engineering and IoT subjects
- Ability to handle Embedded Systems, Microcontrollers, Arduino / Raspberry Pi / ESP32
Computer Hardware, Networking, Python / C / C++,Cloud-enabled IoT, Sensor Interfacing and Automation - Passion for practical teaching and lab-based learning
- Student project mentoring and prototype development
- Good communication and presentation skills
- NBA / AICTE / DOTE documentation support
- Result-oriented and student-centric approach
- Leadership in curriculum, labs, innovation and accreditation
