- Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and academic development of students
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle undergraduate and postgraduate classes effectively
- Basic knowledge of modern teaching methodologies, including ICT-enabled teaching and e-learning platforms
- Willingness to engage in research activities, publications, and academic collaborations
- Ability to contribute to curriculum development, student assessment, and institutional growth

- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and professional ethics
- Freshers with excellent academic background or candidates with up to 5 years of teaching/research experience are encouraged to apply
