Job Title/Designation: Exam Cell Coordinator

Experience: 1-2 years’s experience in academic administration or examination cell

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA/ B.Sc / BA / Engineering preferred) 

Candidate Profile: 

• Assist in preparing semester examination schedules and internal assessment timetables. 
• Support the preparation of seating arrangements and hall allocation. 
• Help in preparing and issuing hall tickets and examination instructions to students. 
• Assist in printing, sorting, and secure handling of question papers. 
• Support the distribution and collection of answer scripts during examinations. Maintain records of invigilators and examination duty schedules. 
• Ensure proper documentation for exam attendance and malpractice reports. Assist in answer script handling and forwarding for valuation. 
• Support mark entry and verification in examination databases. 
• Help in preparing tabulation sheets and result processing documents. 
• Maintain student examination records, mark registers, and confidential files. Assist in maintaining exam data and digital records. 
• Organize and archive question papers, answer scripts, and exam documents.
