Job Title/Designation: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor
Departments have vacancies:
- General Management
- Data Science & Analytics
Qualification: For Data Science & Analytics – PhD in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related discipline from a reputed institution in India or abroad, preferably Tier A or Tier B.
For General Management – PhD in Management, General Management, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, or a related interdisciplinary field from a reputed institution in India or abroad, preferably Tier A or Tier B.
Experience:
- 1-12 years of doctoral teaching experience.
- Industry experience in operations, logistics, or consulting is desirable
- Industry, consulting, policy, or corporate leadership experience is highly desirable.
- International exposure in teaching, research, or professional assignments is an added advantage.
Specialization Required:
- For Data Science & Analytics – Business Analytics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
- For General Management – General Management, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, Organizational Studies, or a related interdisciplinary field.
Candidate Profile:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging courses in Operations Management / General Management
- Incorporate contemporary industry practices, case studies, and technological advancements (e.g., AI, Analytics, IoT in Operations) into pedagogy.
- Develop/revise courses aligned with MBS’s vision of a “Neo-Tech Global Corporate Business School”.
- Employ innovative pedagogy, including cases, simulations, project-based learning, work-integrated learning, and industry visits.
- Produce quality research with publications in ABDC/Scopus-indexed journals.
- Foster collaborations with industry professionals for guest lectures, internships, placements, and research projects.
- Mentor students, serve on academic committees, and contribute to accreditations and quality initiatives.
