Job Title/Designation:

Pre–Primary / Kindergarten, Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – For Subjects (English, Maths, Social, Tamil) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) For Subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Economics) 

Job Description: 

Pre–Primary: We are looking for energetic and creative teachers to handle our youngest learners (Pre–KG, LKG, UKG). The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and a motherly approach. 

TGT & PGT: We are seeking qualified Teachers to deliver high–quality instruction across Grades 6 to 11. The role focuses on academic excellence and holistic development. 

Qualification: 

Pre–Primary: A Qualified NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) /ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) or Mont–trained Teaching staff 

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): A bachelor’s degree (English, Maths, Social, Tamil) in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks, combined with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree and a pass in CTET Paper–II (Mandatory) 

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): A Master’s Degree in the relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Economics) with at least 50% aggregate marks, along with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching degree from a recognized university and a pass in CTET Paper–II (Mandatory) 

Experience: 

For all categories: 0-5 Years of Experience. Note: Freshers with good communication skills and with the right attitude are also welcome.

Skills Required: 

For all categories: 

• Excellent English communication.
• Creativity in art, craft, and music.
• High level of patience and empathy.
• Strong subject matter expertise.
• Effective classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Educational software.

Key Responsibilities: 

For all categories: 

• Conducting play–based activities, storytelling, and rhyme sessions. 
• Teaching foundational phonics, number work, and EVS. 
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring child safety. 
• Organising school events, festivals, and competitions. 
• Maintaining daily child progress reports and interacting with parents 
• Teaching English, Math, EVS/Science, and Social Studies as per the curriculum. 
• Designing lesson plans, worksheets, and interactive teaching aids. 
• Conducting assessments, grading, and tracking academic performance. 
• Integrating Smart Class technology and digital tools in lessons. 
• Mentoring students for extra–curricular activities and competitions.
