Department : 

• Training & Placement Cell

Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Preferably Engineering / Mathematics / MBA / related disciplines)
• Strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Minimum 2 years of training experience in placement/competitive exam coaching preferred
• Freshers with strong aptitude and training skills may also apply

Salary: As Per College norm

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct aptitude training sessions for all year students
• Prepare study materials, practice worksheets, and mock tests
• Train students for campus recruitment and competitive exams
• Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback
• Coordinate with the Placement Cell for training schedules
• Conduct soft skill and interview preparation sessions
