Qualification (As per PCI Norms)

• Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Mandatory)
• First Class B.Pharm & M.Pharm in relevant specialization
• Must meet all statutory requirements prescribed by Dr.M.G.R Medical University norms.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of teaching / research experience in Pharmacy education
• At least 5 years of experience as Professor / HOD / Administrative position in a reputed Pharmacy institution
• Proven leadership in academic administration, accreditation, and institutional development

Key Skills Required

• Strong academic leadership & team management
• Experience in NAAC / NBA / PCI approvals & compliance
• Research guidance, publications, and project handling
• Industry collaboration & student development initiatives
