Eligibility:
Computer Science and Engineering:
- Master degree in CSE/IT/AIDS related field with first class from recognized university.
- Assistant Professor – Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Engineering, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Residential Hostel Warden (Male / Female)
The Residential Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the hostel. The warden ensures a safe, hygienic, and supportive living environment that promotes academic focus, personal development, and adherence to institutional rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Welfare & Discipline
- Maintain discipline and order in the hostel premises.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules, curfew timings, and institutional policies.
- Address student complaints, grievances, and conflicts promptly.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students when required.
- Hostel Administration
- Manage daily hostel operations and maintain proper records of students.
- Supervise room allocation, check-in, and check-out processes.
- Maintain registers such as:
- Attendance register
- Visitor register
- Leave register
- Maintenance log
- Safety & Security
- Ensure student safety within the hostel premises.
- Coordinate with security staff to monitor entry/exit of students and visitors.
- Respond quickly to medical or emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures.
- Facility & Maintenance Supervision
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in hostel rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep.
- Ensure proper functioning of electricity, water supply, and other utilities.
- Mess & Food Management
- Supervise hostel mess operations.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and timely serving of food.
- Address student feedback regarding food quality and mess facilities.
- Communication & Reporting
- Act as a link between hostel residents and college administration.
- Report major issues to Principal / Hostel Committee / Management.
- Conduct periodic hostel meetings with students
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in hostel administration / student affairs / residential supervision preferred. Good communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Good Communication Skills
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and Consultancy will be considered.
- e Added Courses will be preferred.
