Sudharsan Engineering College (SEC) is one of the leading Engineering Colleges in Tamilnadu and recently Accredited by NAAC with ‘A’ Grade shortly will get Autonomous.
SEC was founded in the year 2000 by the Sudharsan Educational Trust with the aim of disseminating knowledge in the fields of Science, Engineering and Technology in the rural district of Pudukkottai. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and is affiliated to Anna University and under processing of Autonomous status.
SEC offers nine Under-Graduate Programmes in the fields of B.Tech. – Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, B.E. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering,and Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), Information Technology and Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security), M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering and Master of Business Administration.
SEC has an excellent infrastructure, well-equipped Laboratories and Workshops, state-of-the-art Computer and IT Center, Central Library, spacious Auditorium, hygienic Canteen, and separate hostels and gyms for boys and girls.
The college is situated on NH 336 in Sathiyamangalam about 12 km from Pudukkottai. The campus is 40km close to Trichy and 20km to Anna University Regional Office, Trichy.
