• Prepare an annual exam calendar as per University/AICTE norms.
• Oversee question paper processing and secure distribution.
• Supervise valuation, tabulation, and publication of results.
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
• Maintain academic records, transcripts, and handle revaluation/supplementary exams.
• Lead the Examination Cell and coordinate with departments.
• Manage examination ERP and digital records.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of examination systems
• Excellent administrative & leadership skills
• High integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
