Minimum Educational Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Engineering, Technology, Management, or  Business Administration
• Master’s Degree (Preferred): MBA or equivalent in Human Resources,  Management, Career Counseling, or Industrial Relations

Desirable Experience / Background 

• Prior experience in Training & Placement, Career Guidance, HR, or  Corporate Relations
• Familiarity with top industry hiring practices, recruitment cycles, and  emerging job trends in India
• Experience in student mentoring, employability workshops, and alumni  engagement programs

Skills and Job responsibilities 

• We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric Soft Skills Trainer to design and  deliver interactive training programs for engineering undergraduate students.  The role focuses on enhancing students’ communication skills, interpersonal  skills, professional behavior, and workplace readiness to improve their  employability and placement outcomes. 
• The trainer must adopt an activity-based, experiential learning approach rather  than traditional lecture methods. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Training & Delivery 
• Conduct communication skills and soft skills training sessions for engineering  undergraduate students. 
• Deliver sessions using activity-based methodologies, including:
• Group discussions 
• Role plays 
• Mock interviews 
• Case studies 
• Team-building exercises 
• Presentations and debates 
• Train students on spoken English, professional communication, and confidence  building. 
• Facilitate sessions on corporate etiquette, workplace behavior, and professional  ethics.
