Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Science/Commerce) is typically required.
• B.Ed. mandatory (M.Ed. preferred)

Experience: 

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., as a Principal, Vice-Principal, or Head of Department) is required.

• Proven experience managing academic operations, fostering team collaboration, and enhancing student performance, particularly within Karnataka’s PU curriculum.
