Job Title: Junior Research Fellow/Project Fellow

Project Title: Enhancement of ferroelectricity in HfO2 based thin films by Ion irradiation for the application of HfO2 ferroelectric films based Non-volatile memory devices

Department: Physics

Essential Qualification: :

• M. Sc. in Physics with a minimum of 55%
• For SC/ST candidates, the minimum is 50%

Tenure of Position: : 01 year (extendable up-to 03 years) (or) completion of the project whichever is earlier

Remuneration:

• GATE / NET qualified candidates: Rs. 25,000/- per month
• Non-GATE / Non-NET candidates: Rs. 14,000/- per month. (Those who have already availed the CSIR/UGC – NET or GATE fellowship for full term are not eligible for this post. Those who have already completed PhD are also not eligible.)
