Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mechanical Engineering Faculty member to deliver high-quality teaching, mentor students, and support academic and institutional development. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Mechanical Engineering subjects as per curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools
• Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment
• Evaluate student performance through internal assessments, exams, and assignments
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning activities
• Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies
• Contribute to departmental meetings, accreditation, and quality initiatives
• Engage in continuous professional development and institutional activities

Education Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred for senior roles)
• Qualification should be as per AICTE / DTE / University norms

Experience Required

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Teaching experience in a Polytechnic / Engineering College is preferred
• Industry experience will be an added advantage
