Job Title/Designation: Professor & Dean – Faculty of Management Studies.
Qualification: Ph.D in Management studies with First class in all the preceding degrees with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- A minimum of 13-15 years of teaching, research / Industry experience in a reputed academic institution / Organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an academic leader in the capacity of Head of the Department or equivalent administrative position in a management institution.
- Experience in Deemed Universities will be an added advantage.
- Experience in academic accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC/UGC/NIRF/AICTE) and outcome-based education systems.
- Post Ph.D Experience: Minimum of FIVE years of experience after Ph.D. is required.
- Publications: 10 or more research publications (in SCI / SCIE).
- Ph.D., Guideship: Must have guided at least 2 Ph.D. candidates as supervisor/co-supervisor (preferably).
Job Location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu
Pay Scale: As per university norms; Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
