Organization Profile: M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management was established in the year 1995 by Gokula Education Foundation (GEF). Also known as the Post Graduate Center for Management Studies and Research, the Institute has been training the finest of students in the country in various disciplines of management. The Institute offers two-years full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program duly approved and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), specifically designed to prepare future managers to face the most challenging issues across a multidisciplinary work environment with ease. Being renowned for ‘high quality’ education for over 24 years, the institute has faculty with rich and varied experience to play pro-active role in nurturing young minds and having excellent placement record.

Job Title: Principal/Dean to head its management college offering a PGDM programme (equivalent to MBA) of AIGTE.

Qualification: First class MBA in management with PhD in management from institute of repute.

Experience: Minimum of 15 year’s experience in teaching, research, in the institute of repute or industry out of which at least 3 years shall be at the level of Professor or equivalent. Research publications and Students guidance for Ph.D as per AICTE Norms. Flair for Management and Leadership is essential as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee. In addition, the candidate should be eminent person in the field of Management Studies. Priority will be given to the candidate having Post Ph.D publications and guiding Ph.D candidates. Age limit 48 to 58 years.

Remuneration: On par with AICTE norms. Higher scale will be considered based on merits.
