Job Title/ Designation : Program Co-ordinator – Innovation & Entrepreneurship*

Job Description for Program Co-ordinator.

The title “Program Co – Ordinator” refers to a junior-level professional who helps plan, coordinate, and execute innovation-related programs within an organization – such as hackathons, startup incubation, entrepreneurship events, or idea development initiatives, often assisting senior team members or program leads with planning, coordination, documentation, and communication.

Supports the design, coordination, and reporting of student innovation and entrepreneurship programs within the incubation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate innovation programs, hackathons, and departmental activities.
2. Conduct awareness and engagement sessions for students and mentors.
3. Maintain participation data, project progress, and documentation.
4. Support review meetings—scheduling, minutes, and follow-up actions.
5. Manage event logistics and mentor coordination.
6. Prepare reports, dashboards, and communication content on activities.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience as a Program Co-ordinator.

Qualification:

• MBA in Innovation or any other Specialization
