- JLPT certification N3 or above (N2/N1 preferred for advanced-level teaching)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking & listening (Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji)

- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
- Ability to teach basic to advanced grammar, vocabulary & conversation
- Knowledge of Japanese culture, etiquette, professional communication
- Friendly and student-oriented teaching approach
- Ability to prepare learners for JLPT exams & business Japanese
